Goddess Oasis at the Harmony Gathering
This past weekend's Harmony Gathering in Topanga Canyon was a perfect place to host MoonCloth's first pop-up shop featuring some of our favorite hemp-based products, and also to showcase collaborations with Seminavi Farms, Caravan Provisions, Bloom Generation and MOMENT of Ceremony Sisters. The property was a gorgeous hillside layout of bohemian paradise featuring an old restaurant converted into the Heartlodge, an indoor/outdoor music venue, lush oak trees, and Lotus Belle Tents. The land is also home to the eco-conscious activewear line, Teeki, which makes colorful leggings and tops out of recycled plastic bottles.
The festival was a fundraiser for the recent flood damage on Kauai, and the day began with a Hawaiian inspired Buti Yoga class led by Rebecca Hart in the Goddess Oasis. People shared space, pulled Hawaiian oracle cards together and channeled the “Rainbow Bridge” to send positive healing vibes to Kauai. Later in the day there were workshops for vocal toning and meditation, and then music started up. Leah Song of Rising Appalachia, Lizzy Jeff, Grace Potter, Moon Honey Band, HeartWurkz, and Canyon Grass were among some of the performers. Everyone got into the groove and was mingling and sipping on Seven Teas.
The Goddess Oasis hosted a tea lounge featuring our Water + Bird x MoonCloth in-house CBD tea blend, and also organic cannabis-infused herbal teas from Kikoko. Guests gazed through kaleidoscopic Future Eyes Monocles, lounged on hemp pillows under woven textile art by Mother Of Dreams, perused the table of hemp essentials, tried on our new hemp ponchos, laughed in the sunshine and made lots of new connections.
